What is your opinion about taking international exams simulations so as to improve your level of English? Is it OK to graduate without having a satisfactory score in these kinds of tests? How did you feel taking the test? What did you think of the first simulation in the Reading item? Is the level of the test realistic for your real level of reading skills? What do you need to improve?

for the first time i'm the "first" HAHA!
ResponderEliminarTaking that kinda tests is obviously very importan in order to know what is "really" our level of english, I put it between quotation marks 'cause I don't think that this kinda tests show your real real level, if you're in the real moment of answer it your're gonna be nervous, even if you've practiced before 'cause is the final oportunity and you've to show all that you know and it's human to be nervous. This tests shows what's your level, but no all, I think around 80% or 90% but not all. I'm refering to people who study and it's worried about the preparation of the tests, 'cause that people can be better(people who're not worried about it... go to hell haha!).
It's a benefit for us to practice with this kinda tests, 'cause when we'll answer it in real life, we've already the training. And obviouly is not OK that we graduate without a satisfactory score, 'cause we're gonna be teacher and we need to be the best in the language, or at least to be the same level all of us.

ResponderEliminarSome times take this tests put you under pressure and that can affect your real result and what you really know.
I think I gotta improve me concentration,my vocabulary in terms of the reading skill but although the 65% I got is not the perfect point,seen from another viewpoint if this test had been the real one I had approved ,but I don't have to conform with that I think I'm for good things and as a good Spartan warrior I have to reach a better level in order to be a good teacher too.

I think, this kind of exams are very worthwhile for us. This is a very recognized exam and getting your results we can know our level of english to identify weakness and try to improve it. I think is unfair to graduate with a low level of it because we are going to teach and then for that reason is necessary to dominate the language or have an upper level to give the best education.
ResponderEliminarI felt very good and concentrate doing the exam. I am very satisfied with my result, of course I have to get better and in a future exam obtain a better percentage. At this moment, I am trying to find out my mistakes because I arrived late to class and lost time trying to understand the instructions and i had to finished it on time, obviously is my responsability and my fault, anyway, I am joyful with my result but there are some other things that I have to improve.
Concluding with this, for me there are not excuses like feel nervous giving the exam owing to the fact that we have to be prepared for situations like this and every day being evaluated.

I agree with these tests, I belive that they are very important in terms to kown and improve your english level. Maybe you get nervious when you are answering them but this is normal. But I think that the preparation could have been since last or the first year at the University. I think that if we want to get good results we need to prepare us harder because we can´t change the results in a few days.

During these 3 years of universtity studies, It`s the firt time a teacher takes an international exam or test simulation to her students.It`s good because the theacher is interested in her students, she wants to learn or improve their knowledges.The score is very important in order to obtain a certificate and to be able to exercise your professional carreer but what you keep in your mind and you upgrade and update yourself , it`s very worth.
ResponderEliminarI`m glad to carry out all week test simulation because in the first test I don`t obtain a good performance but the practice I`ll allow to make advancements in the reading comprehension and grammar.

I think that, those exams are very good, because you can find your debilitation and so you can find the way to improve your english, I liked to do this kind of exams because you can learn too much, that´s way is very important to do this kind of test, and I think that, when I did the test, I obtained 57%, this mean that mine english is deficient still, that´s way I am attending to the laboratory of english, because I want to learn english, like native person.

I think that to realize this test is important because through it you must demonstrate the skills and knowledges acquired during years of study.
ResponderEliminarIt is highly desirable that this test was realized twice during the year and was taken as reference to check your progress.
I feel calm, because, in my case, the result that it reflected, it showed , the little compromise according to which I have argued for some time, however I'mnot happy because I know I can give more.
It is important that if you do something, do it right pointing to give the best of you.

In my point of view is the best thing that our teacher could be for us, because is the minimal that we have to know to be a very well teacher, we have to realize all kind of skills or hability that we have in our mind that we don't know that we really know, and apply this once and realize a good job to teach and, could be graduate but we have to pass this exam first and then we can celebrate. so for that reason we must appreciate that kind of staff and to get the maximum benefit that we can.

I think that every way of evaluation before our career ends, it can help us, becouse if you are aware about your level you can improve itand when we have to take these exams we can get better grades.
ResponderEliminarAbout the reading exam, I believe that I could get more percent if I didn´t arrive late becouse I lost an important aspect of these tests,time.
I think it is very important I kown and improve your english level but I am feel bad because Iam not preparate I have to improve my English so.

Of course I agrre with all kind of international test, because It is a good way to know the real knowledge that we have, besides It is useful to improve our English level in some areas that we have problems or deficiency.
ResponderEliminarI think as English Teacher is necessary obtain a satisfactory score, but in my case I was so nervous, because It was my first test of this kind.
On the other hand, I think the test is realistic and It will be a help to improve my vocabulary and other things like reading comprehension.

ResponderEliminarok, well i think this tests are very important for all of us, these will let us to know the things that we are doing bad and what we are doing well, what we need to correct, among other things. This could be very useful because to be moved to lengua 4 we must domain all the important things and we just can't have mistakes of first year.
Personally i think i need more vocabulary and learn some idiomatical expressions because i'm a very "metaphorical speech" personso i need to learn some things to fit my spanish way of speaking to the english one.

I think that FCE is a very good way of learning the four habilities of a lenguage,but this test should have started the last year or at the beginning of this year, I consider that the training is very important to develop the main goals, and the results haven't been the best hoped to the mayority,and this point should be considered.
